Video games have always been a big part of my life. I started doing this for fun as a hobby and it has grown much larger since then. My goal is to keep retro gaming alive by extending the life of the original consoles for as long as possible.
My Refubishing Process
Every console is taken apart and fully disassembled. The cases are soaked in hott soapy water to remove all dirt and smells. Every part of the shell inside and out is scrubbed over with a towel and brush ensuring no dirt or grime is left over. Controller ports are cleaned out with a brush as well as cartridge ports. New capacitors and voltage regulators are added to every board as well.
Preventative Maintanence
Preventative Mainantence is critical to maintaining older systems and consoles. This helps extend the life of the consoles and make sure they run at the right voltage. Every Console has brand new, high quality capacitors, and a new voltage regulator.
